Does Quick PDF Library include functions that convert HTML to PDF files?

No, Quick PDF Library does not include any functionality that will let you convert a HTML document to a PDF document.

However, the library does support a basic number of HTML tags which give you the ability to draw text boxes on a PDF page with HTML formatted text.
